Seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative in Vista, CA.

The role involves delivering exceptional service during the ordering process, building customer relationships, and upselling. Key duties include managing orders via phone, email, and in person, providing product information, reviewing online orders for accuracy, tracking returns, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position requires maintaining reports, recording customer interactions, and preparing pricing quotes.

Qualifications include 2-3 years of customer service experience, a high school diploma (additional degrees a plus), strong organization, responsiveness, teamwork, and proficiency in MS Office; experience with Netsuite ERP/CRM is beneficial.
