We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and serve America's Best Pizzas!
As a CSR, your main duties include inputting orders via POS at the front counter and over the phone, handing food to customers or third-party delivery staff, and providing friendly product/service information. You'll create a positive, inviting atmosphere and assist staff with various restaurant tasks.
Key responsibilities involve greeting customers, taking orders, processing payments, resolving concerns, promoting our products, and assisting with kitchen prep, order packing, cleaning, and stocking.
Requirements include being at least 16 years old, good communication skills, familiarity with POS systems, understanding food hygiene, and flexibility for shifts including weekends and evenings. Physical stamina to stand, lift, and carry is essential.
