We are hiring a Customer Service Representative – Travel to support customers with reservations, booking coordination, and travel-related assistance in a fully remote environment.
This role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences by assisting clients with travel planning, itinerary updates, and ongoing support throughout the reservation process. Training and onboarding are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online communication platforms
- Assist customers with travel reservations including hotels, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages
- Manage booking confirmations, itinerary updates, and travel documentation
- Provide accurate information regarding travel services and available options
- Resolve customer questions and service concerns professionally
- Maintain organized and accurate customer records
- Support customers before, during, and after travel experiences
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, administrative, or support experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
- Comfortable using online systems and digital tools
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
Travel industry experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided for qualified candidates.
