We are seeking a Body Shop Customer Care Coordinator to appraise vehicle damage, prepare repair estimates, and coordinate with insurance companies and customers to ensure quality repairs and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include conducting damage inspections, developing cost estimates, obtaining insurance approvals, preparing work orders, maintaining customer rapport, and ensuring thorough, quality repairs. Prior automotive or estimating experience, certifications, or related degrees are preferred. Must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and pass pre-employment screens.
