Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and knowledgeable answers regarding products, pricing, and availability
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer requests and resolve issues efficiently
- Enter and maintain data across multiple platforms with a high level of accuracy
- Process orders and perform related administrative duties such as filing and record-keeping
- Assist with general office tasks as needed
- Assist in other departments as needed
- Contribute positively to team goals and maintain a cooperative work environment



- 1-3 years of relevant customer service or administrative experience
- Excellent phone etiquette, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
