Recently acquired by Tang & Company, a family-owned organization with over 45 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Construction, and Industrial sectors, CanQualify continues to grow its platform and service capabilities to better serve clients nationwide.Position OverviewWere looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team full-time. In this role, youll be the primary point of contact for our suppliers providing exceptional support, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, and maintaining CanQualifys reputation for top-tier service and reliability.Work Schedule* Full-Time, Monday through Friday* Hours: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (Pacific Time)Key Responsibilities* Serve as the first point of contact for supplier inquiries via phone, email, and chat.* Provide step-by-step assistance to suppliers navigating the CanQualify platform.* Manage incoming requests, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex concerns when necessary.* Maintain accurate records of supplier interactions and follow up to ensure timely resolution.* Collaborate with Account Managers, the Compliance Team and other departments to support client/supplier satisfaction and program success.* Educate supplier users about CanQualifys tools, features, and compliance requirements.* Identify recurring customer needs or pain points and provide feedback to improve service and product performance.* Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and expand services such as helping general contractors invite and manage their subcontractors through CanQualify.Qualifications* 3 years of customer service or client support experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.* Strong communication skills both written and verbal.* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.* Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under minimal supervision.* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software tools.* Experience in construction, energy, or industrial compliance management is a plus.Why Join CanQualify?* Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing organization backed by Tang & Company.* Collaborative, team-oriented culture that values initiative and innovation.* Competitive compensation and benefits package.* Room for career advancement and professional development#MP1
