We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and serve America's Best Pizzas!
As a CSR, your main duties include inputting orders on the POS system at the front counter and over the phone, handing food to customers or third-party delivery personnel, and providing friendly product and service information. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, assist staff with daily tasks, and support restaurant operations.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, processing payments, resolving concerns, promoting our brand, and assisting with kitchen prep and order packaging. You will also maintain cleanliness and stock supplies, while following company policies.
Requirements include being at least 16 years old, effective verbal communication, familiarity with POS systems, food hygiene knowledge, good time management, and physical ability to stand and lift. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings, is essential.
