Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary internal representative of the organization and plays a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This position is responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing customer orders while providing timely and accurate support to customers and sales representatives. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively across departments while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts.
  • Handle incoming requests from customers and sales to ensure issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly with professionalism and a sense of urgency.
  • Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including but not limited to order entry, online system troubleshooting, and mailings.
  • Daily customer interactions via phone or email.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments/customers/sales.
  • Organize workflow to meet customer time frames.
  • Perform other basic tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Two- or Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Superior communication skills required
  • Experience in basic computer knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Ability to work independently with verbal or written instructions
  • Ability to work basic math calculations

Hourly Range - based on experience, $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, eligible for CSR Quarterly Bonus Program after 1 year of service.
