Job Overview The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary internal representative of the organization and plays a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. This position is responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing customer orders while providing timely and accurate support to customers and sales representatives. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively across departments while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
