Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Greet customers and direct them to where they need to go.
  • Able to manage a multi-phone line.
  • Ensure that every guest receives excellent customer service upon taking delivery of their vehicle, with a special emphasis on properly educating the guest about the technology of the vehicle, including navigation and Bluetooth.
  • Keeping up with all product knowledge and any other updates related to the deliveries of a new vehicle.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction, addressing any customer concerns through telephone and email after their purchase.
  • Commit to becoming an expert and gaining in-depth knowledge of our brand’s vehicle accessories and technology.
  • Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards. 
  • Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • MUST be able to work EVENING SHIFTS AND WEEKENDS.
  • Steady work history and a commitment to starting a new career.
  • Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships.
  • Excellent appearance and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Team-oriented.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Submit to and complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
