Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

- Greet customers and direct them to where they need to go.
- Able to manage a multi-phone line.
- Ensure that every guest receives excellent customer service upon taking delivery of their vehicle, with a special emphasis on properly educating the guest about the technology of the vehicle, including navigation and Bluetooth.
- Keeping up with all product knowledge and any other updates related to the deliveries of a new vehicle.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction, addressing any customer concerns through telephone and email after their purchase.
- Commit to becoming an expert and gaining in-depth knowledge of our brand’s vehicle accessories and technology.
- Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
- Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- MUST be able to work EVENING SHIFTS AND WEEKENDS.
- Steady work history and a commitment to starting a new career.
- Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships.
- Excellent appearance and verbal/written communication skills.
- Team-oriented.
- Basic computer skills.
- Submit to and complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
