The core responsibilities of this role include: At least 6 months experience in a warehouse returns setting including using a manual pallet jack, warehouse management system, and the ability to communicate with customers via smart sheet. Must be comfortable with lifting up to 50lbs, standing on feet for most of the day, and working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
Position: 1st Shift Customer Service Representative (Returns)
Shift: 7:00am -; 3:00pm, Monday-Friday
Pay: $20.00 per hour

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: A strong attention to detail. Returning merchandise in a warehouse environment. The ability to down stack and organizing pallets by item and lot. The ability to handle rework cases, clean shipping labels, and ensure returns match WMS footprints.
