As a Customer Service Representative, you will deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing needs and resolving issues professionally.
- Handle cash, fuel, and retail transactions, including age-regulated product sales.
- Maintain store compliance with policies and safety regulations.
- Stock, replenish inventory, and perform housekeeping duties to keep the store clean and organized.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed by store leadership.
Requirements: Must be 18+ (or 16+ for kitchen), reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in environments with varying conditions.
