ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Rep with Annai Stephens State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm Insurance products and services.
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
