ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency on August 1, 2025, and we’re currently a growing team of two with big plans for the future. Before opening my own office, I spent five years as a State Farm team member. From early on, I had the vision of running my own agency so I could make a larger impact on both customers and the community.
I’m a graduate of the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business and married to my high school sweetheart, Dana. We don’t have kids yet, but family is a core part of how I live and lead. I’m also looking forward to becoming more involved in the local community as the agency continues to grow.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Matt Kolln - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
