ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2002 and is a close-knit team of four who work together to serve our customers and community. Before becoming an agent, I spent 15 years with State Farm working in the compliance and fraud unit and held management roles, which gave me a strong foundation in leadership and the insurance industry.
I’m also a licensed attorney and attended law school at the University of Tulsa. Outside of the office, I enjoy playing tennis and spending time with my family - many of whom are also involved in the business.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jim Vanderveen - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
