ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Ideal candidate will be available between 20-30 hours per week. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Collect relevant information from customers to allow for efficient handling of questions, quotes and follow up
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self Motivated, Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Able to learn computer functions
