ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our legacy agency first opened in July 1994, and in August 2016 we expanded with a second office. Today, we have a seasoned team of nine at our original location and six at our second — together bringing nearly 150 years of combined State Farm experience. Before becoming an agent, I spent five years in public accounting as a CPA, and that background still shapes the analytical, service-focused approach we bring to our customers. 

I attended the University of Detroit and served as President of the PKT fraternity Alumni Association for a decade. I’m married with five grown children, and supporting young people has always been meaningful to me. Each year, I present the dangers of distracted driving to newly licensed drivers at Royal Oak Shrine High School, a community outreach effort I feel strongly about.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with David Arce - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
