Position Overview:
Are you an experienced insurance professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service? Do you enjoy working directly with clients and leading a team to deliver exceptional service? Join a State Farm independent contractor agent’s team as a Service Lead and help ensure our customers receive top-quality insurance and financial service support.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and support the customer service team to provide outstanding service to clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring follow-up and issue resolution.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate customers on insurance options and address their service needs.
  • Coordinate daily workflow, manage appointments, and assist in developing leads.
  • Mentor and train team members to enhance their knowledge of insurance products and improve customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the agent and staff to meet agency goals and maintain compliance with licensing and training requirements.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in the insurance industry with a strong customer service background
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Process-oriented with the ability to follow and improve established procedures
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable learning and utilizing computer systems and software
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
