ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 after a 26-year career in law enforcement, bringing with me a deep commitment to service, integrity, and community protection. I hold a bachelor’s degree from Midwestern State University and a master’s degree from Sam Houston State University, and I’m a husband and father of two sons.
Outside the office, I love fishing and staying active in the community through several organizations. I’m a member of the Sugar Land Exchange Club, Vice President of Fort Bend Crime Stoppers, an officer with the Sugar Land Masonic Lodge 1141, and a board member of Behind the Badge Charities.
Our team now includes six talented members, and together we’ve grown into one of the top 10% producing agencies in the area. Our office is family-oriented, connected, and known for building strong relationships with one another and with our customers. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Thad Olive - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
