ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2021 and has grown into a strong team of eight. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 10 years as an engineer and later earned my MBA from LSU Shreveport. I also have experience in financial advising and worked with New York Life as both an agent and in management, which has helped shape a well-rounded approach to leadership and development.

I’m married with four children and enjoy spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. Family and community are both very important to me and play a big role in how I run the office. I stay actively involved in the community, serving as a Rotary President and participating in the police jury, along with other local initiatives.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Robby Latham - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
