Position Overview:
Our agency is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our team with important service and administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping behind the scenes, staying organized, and making sure customers receive a great experience.
This position is part-time and does not require an insurance license to start. You will assist the team with service support and administrative responsibilities that help keep the office running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Support the team with general customer service and administrative tasks
- Write and mail customer thank-you cards
- Assist with internal onboarding steps within our agency systems
- Provide DSS support and assist with basic system processes
- Scan and organize documents into customer files
- Follow up on policy cancellations and related documentation
- Help maintain organized records and accurate customer information
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Ability to manage multiple small tasks and stay organized
- Comfortable working with computers and office systems
- Customer service or administrative experience preferred but not required
