Cindy Morgan State Farm is hiring a full-time, in-person team member to join our office. We’ve been serving our community for over 30 years and we’re proud to provide reliable, friendly support to our customers.
We are looking for someone who is service-focused with the capability to transition into service responsibilities as needed. This role is ideal for a team member who communicates well, takes initiative, stays organized, and maintains a positive attitude—especially when helping customers.
Must Obtain a North Carolina Property & Casualty License
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist customers with billing account questions and service needs
- Help customers with policy inquiries and updates
- Support customers with claims-related questions and next steps
- Maintain accurate, organized records and documentation
- Provide excellent customer communication in a fast-paced, supportive environment
