ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened on May 1, 2025, and we’re currently a growing team of two team members plus myself. While we’re new as an agency, I bring extensive leadership experience from my previous career in education, where I served in leadership roles and developed teams built on structure, accountability, and growth.
I’m a proud father of eight (four sons and four daughters) which makes family a central part of who I am. I’m deeply family-oriented and success-driven, and I bring that same commitment into our agency every day.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Thomas Hill - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
