What You’ll Do:
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships with follow-ups to ensure satisfaction
- Provide fast, accurate, and friendly support on insurance products, policy changes, claims, and billing questions
- Educate customers using a needs-based approach to help them understand their insurance options
- Communicate clearly to address customer needs and support agency growth
- Offer additional products and services to exciting customer.
- Work closely with team members for smooth service delivery
Requirements:
