ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2014 and is a strong, close-knit team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a Sales Manager with Xfinity, where I developed a passion for leadership, coaching, and helping others succeed.

I’m a Golden Eagle graduate with a degree in Economics and Business Administration. I’m married, with a son graduating this year, and we have a dog named Oreo who keeps things fun at home. Outside of work, I enjoy trying new foods, golfing, motorcycling, and staying active in my church, where I lead a men’s life group.

Giving back and staying connected to the community is important to me. I’m involved with my local church, the Area Development Partnership, and support local events and youth sports teams.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Stanley Causey - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
