ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2003 and currently work alongside two team members. State Farm has truly been a family business for us, and that long-standing connection to the company has shaped how I run my agency today—with a strong emphasis on relationships, trust, and doing right by both customers and the team.
I’m a graduate of Bradley University and outside the office you’ll usually find me hunting, fishing, or golfing. That same balance carries into our workplace—we work hard, but we also enjoy ourselves and don’t take things too seriously all the time.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Darrell Rains - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
