I’ve been with State Farm for 35 years, serving in management roles and as an agent in Pennsylvania before opening this office. That depth of experience has shaped the way I lead and support our team.
I studied Marine Biology at East Stroudsburg University and have always loved fishing. I’m married with four children, and family has always been a central part of my life. That same commitment to teamwork and support carries into our office culture.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jeff Thummel - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
