Our agency opened in 2024 and has quickly grown into a close-knit, hardworking team of three. I’ve been with State Farm for nine years — it’s the only company I’ve ever worked for — and I started as a team member before opening my own agency. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ashley Taylor - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
