ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2000 and currently has a dedicated team of ten. I’ve been with State Farm for 40 years, having served in several roles — first as an agent, then in field staff, and eventually returning to agency ownership. Insurance runs in my family; my father also worked in the industry, and my own journey has been shaped by a lifelong commitment to service and integrity. Before my insurance career, I served in the U.S. Air Force as a flight instructor, an experience that taught me leadership, discipline, and teamwork.
I hold a master’s degree and am married with four sons, as well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren — family means everything to me. That same sense of family extends into our office culture. We’re a close-knit, supportive group that works hard, celebrates each other’s successes, and truly enjoys spending time together.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Bruce Baltich - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
