Role Overview

Key Responsibilities


  •  Respond to client inquiries with accuracy, professionalism, and empathy 
  •  Assist with policy changes, coverage questions, and basic claims support 
  •  Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date customer records 
  •  Partner with licensed agents to ensure client needs are met effectively 
  •  Identify potential coverage opportunities through meaningful conversations 
  •  Participate in training to build confidence and readiness for future sales responsibilities

  •  Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor 
  •  Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities 
  •  A genuine desire to help others and grow within a long-term career path 
  •  Comfortable in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, or call center experience is a plus) 
  •  Interest in obtaining an insurance license—support provided 
  •  Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
