ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2004 and has grown into a high-performing team of 10. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent five years as a team member, which gave me a strong foundation in the business and a passion for building a team that supports both customers and each other.

I’m a graduate of the University of North Florida, a proud mom to one daughter, and a big Gators fan. Family and community are incredibly important to me, and that’s reflected in how I run the agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Katherine Baustert - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
