The Kronenberger Insurance Agency, affiliated with State Farm, is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service. You will receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and the autonomy to serve clients effectively — with support and guidance, not micromanagement.
Position Responsibilities
- Assist clients with policy updates, coverage questions, billing inquiries, and claims support
- Deliver proactive, solutions-focused service that strengthens long-term client relationships
- Support client retention and referral initiatives through consistent follow-up
- Identify potential coverage gaps and coordinate warm handoffs to licensed sales team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely resolution of client requests
Qualifications
- Property & Casualty Insurance Licensed
- Highly organized, dependable, and service-oriented
