ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2010 after working in investment planning and financial services, bringing a strong background in financial guidance and long-term strategy into agency ownership. Our team has grown to 11 members, and we’re proud to be one of the top-producing agencies in the state.

Outside of the office, I’m a well-known musician on the island and stay deeply involved in the community — coaching youth basketball, serving on the local school board, participating with the food bank, adopting a highway, and sponsoring school events. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kit Okazaki - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
