We are seeking an honest, reliable, and quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work both independently and collaboratively with the team to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.


This position offers the opportunity to develop your skills, including obtaining your Property and Casualty insurance license, and grow within our agency.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide clear policy information.
  • Assist clients with policy updates, changes, and claims processing.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Apply conflict management skills to resolve customer concerns and ensure positive outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support agency goals and client needs.
  • Licensed in P&C (or able to obtain Property and Casualty insurance licensing within a specified timeframe).
