ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1981 after working as a State Farm team member and being the second woman hired by State Farm in the Memphis area. Today, our office includes myself and one team member, with plans to grow thoughtfully while preserving the values that have guided this agency for decades. I’m a graduate of the University of Memphis, a proud Tigers fan, and part of one of the only mother-daughter agency teams in Memphis — something that reflects the strong family foundation behind our work.

Giving back has always mattered to me. I serve as the secretary of a civic organization that raises funds to support children with special needs in our community, and compassion is central to how we serve both customers and one another.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Sharon Wilson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
