The Mark Krueger State Farm Agency is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team in Lake in the Hills, IL. As the main point of contact for our valued clients, you'll play a vital role in building lasting relationships and ensuring their insurance needs are met with efficiency and care.

We are not just selling policies; we are building relationships and protecting what matters most to our clients.
A day in the life of our Customer Service Representative:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from clients regarding their insurance policies, coverage, and general inquiries.
- Process policy changes, updates, renewals, and cancellations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist clients with billing questions and payment processing.
- Serve as a resource for clients during the claims process, helping to facilitate a smooth experience.
- Provide quotes and educate existing clients about additional policy options that may fit their needs.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions in our agency management system. Experience with Salesforce is a plus!
