Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Assist customers on the phone, email and walk ins.
- Handle customer requests for changes to their insurance and answer questions.
- Must be able to obtain state insurance license. We pay for all study aids.
