RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver exceptional, prompt, and friendly customer service, including addressing inquiries on insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients on insurance options.
- Proactively develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and promote tailored products and services to drive success.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- We seek candidates who can tackle complex customer issues with excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
- Desired Experience: 1-3 years preferred, but entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrate pride in delivering accurate, timely work, a team-oriented mindset, and multitasking prowess.
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty License (support provided)
