ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2015 and is a team of six who are committed to serving our community and supporting one another. I’ve been with State Farm since 2006 and have worked in four different agencies, gaining a wide range of experience that shapes how I lead and develop my team today.

I attended the University of Rio Grande and now serve on the university’s Board of Trustees. Education and community involvement are both very important to me, and I enjoy staying connected to the people and organizations that make our area strong.

Our agency is deeply involved in the community. We work closely with the local food bank, support Habitat for Humanity, sponsor many events in town, and take part in initiatives like InspireHER, Forge sponsorships, and women in business seminars. Giving back is a core part of who we are.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Robin Fowler - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
