ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with the Linda Allen State Farm agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Guide customers with insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills--written, verbal, and listening.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Property & Casualty Insurance License a plus! (Not required)
  • Life & Health Insurance License a plus! (Not required)
