ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This is a customer service focused role. Part of this role requires that you meet with existing customers and help take care of their needs by providing quotes for other lines of business. We believe in remarkable customer service which means always going the extra mile for customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
