ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened on January 1, 2024 and we’re currently a growing team of three. As a newer office, we’re focused on building a strong foundation, developing our team, and creating an environment where people can learn and grow together.


I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Indiana University Southeast. I’m married with two children and we have two rescue dogs at home, so family and community are both very important to me.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ben Mathes - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
