RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collect delinquent payments.
- Contact prospective clients to promote State Farm Products
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
