What You’ll Do:
  • Greet clients with genuine warmth and professionalism, making them feel valued from the moment they connect with us
  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries with patience and clarity, guiding clients to the right support
  • Provide top-notch customer service, helping clients navigate billing questions, claims, and app troubleshooting
  • Collaborate daily with teammates—no one works alone here; together we ensure every client receives the care they deserve
  • Assist with office operations and administrative tasks, keeping our environment organized and efficient
  • Uphold our reputation by maintaining attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude in every interaction
What We’re Looking For:
  • A strong communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people
  • Someone detail-oriented and organized, capable of multitasking without sacrificing accuracy
  • A team player who understands that success comes from working together
  • A positive, professional demeanor that reflects our agency’s values
  • Licensed in Property and Casualty insurance, or willing to obtain your license within an approved timeframe

Qualifications:

  • Must be licensed or willing to obtain the required license prior to start date
Licensing:
  • Must be Property and Casualty licensed or willing to obtain the required license in approved time period.

Work Schedule:
  • In-office position
  • Non remote
  • 5 days per week – Monday -Thursday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Fridays 8:30 to 1:30 PM - Firm Schedule
