ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in December 2006 and is a small, close-knit team of three who work together to create a positive and supportive environment for both our customers and each other. Before becoming an agent, I worked as an Account Manager with AT&T, which gave me a strong foundation in customer service, relationship-building, and problem-solving.

I’m a family man with three kids, and when I’m not in the office, I enjoy traveling and spending time with them. I’m also very involved with my children’s schools, staying active in the community and supporting local activities whenever I can.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Loc Vo - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
