I’ve proudly served as a State Farm agent since 1985 and have spent more than 40 years helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most. I earned my bachelor’s degree in business from East Carolina University, and over the years I’ve built an office culture centered around knowledge, trust, and building long lasting relationships with our customers and community.
Our office is friendly, supportive, and team oriented with a work hard, play hard mentality. We currently have three full time team members and one part time team member, and we’re excited to continue growing our team. With over 85 years of combined insurance experience in the office, we pride ourselves on providing personalized guidance, respecting our customers’ budgets, and delivering the kind of small town service people can count on.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Gary Elliott - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
