QUALIFICATIONS:

Must obtain a valid Property & Casualty insurance license within 90 days of hire.
Life and Health insurance license preferred; if not currently licensed, must obtain within 180 days.
Previous experience in insurance or financial services preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused, empathetic, and a collaborative team player.
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
