As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mike Doperalski - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
You must obtain the required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life, Accident, & Health) prior to your start date. The agency will assist you with the licensing process and reimburse associated costs upon completion and start of employment.
Compensation shown includes average commissions; commission is uncapped with no earning limits.
