ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a motivated quick learner who will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
You need to have a property/casualty insurance license or be willing to obtain one and we will pay for a successful license completion. You will them learn about our products and systems as you assimilate into the office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Prospect for new sales
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
