ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Retention Specialist / Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Azzy Abu-Omar - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Handle escalated customer issues.
  • Train office team on customer service procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
